Successful commissioning of the historic converted K-carriage “Ebbelwei-Express”

GEZ Rail Solutions has successfully commissioned the first converted vehicle of the Frankfurt transport company.
The installed converter converts the overhead line voltage to 600V, which is compatible with the vehicle.
The first successfully converted vehicle is a K-car (year of construction: 1949-1954)

The next step will be the conversion and commissioning of three further K-cars,
as well as several other vehicle types. These include L, M, N, O, Pt, U2 and U3 cars.
