GEZ Rail Solutions as a partner in the context of ETCS OBU installation

NWM and NBG to buy GEZ Rail Solutions GmbH

Lückemeier Transport & Logistik GmbH has contracted GEZ-RS to support the integration of Alstom ETCS OBU and Funkwerk.

The Alstom ETCS OBU was developed by Alstom Onboard Unit in Sweden, with Lückemeier Transport & Logistik GmbH as general contractor responsible for the physical integration of the onboard equipment. The static commissioning will take place in Germany, while the dynamic commissioning will take place in Tanzania.

Furthermore, GEZ-RS supports the refurbishment of the power electronics in the BR 1014 locomotives for the Tanzanian market.
