shareholder representatives of GEZ GmbH ( Andreas Hopmann , Managing Director of NWM GmbH and Hinrich Krey shareholder of LKM GmbH ) decided to continue the successful cooperation between the two companies.\u00a0 The cooperation will be underpinned by the GEZ Rail Solutions GmbH service center at the LKM GmbH headquarters on the ZET site (Kiel Friedrichsort, ex MAK \/ Krupp site).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both companies will contribute their core competencies, at LKM this is the extensive knowledge of the mechanics of rail vehicles, at GEZ this is the knowledge of the electrical and air conditioning equipment as well as the control technology of rail vehicles in joint projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column
