With many changes, demands and challenges that have surprised us, awaited us or resulted.<\/p>\n<p>Our world is in transition, we look with horror at what is happening in front of our door in the &#8220;House of Europe&#8221;, how distress, suffering and misery determine the life of people. We also feel the effects in our daily live.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The desire for peace on earth!&#8221; is now even stronger and more present, and shows how precious it is, and that we can consider ourselves lucky to live in freedom and security!<\/p>\n<p>The events in world affairs touch and occupy us, but also the changes in our &#8220;small world&#8221; that determine our days.<\/p>\n<p>With the separation of the business units into E-Mobility and Rail, two independent companies were created\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0&#8220;SBRS Charging Solutions&#8221; and &#8220;GEZ Rail Solutions&#8221;. After more than 36 years of being part of the Schaltbau Group, we are leaving the group and will go our own independent ways at the end of this year. This marks the beginning of a new era for us with many new opportunities and freedoms, but also a great responsibility and the obligation to the further develop of GEZ for the benefit of our employees and our customers. We are looking forward to this new time!<\/p>\n<p>However, the most important thing for each of us is to be in balance with ourselves. If we manage to be content, we will have the same effect on those around us, on our family, friends, relatives and even people we don&#8217;t know.
